Villas and holiday homes cleaning

Villas and holiday homes for rent are playing an increasing role in Croatian tourism. Since these are usually luxury objects, the cleaning must be done at the highest level. If you are looking for a cleaning company that guarantees high quality, you are in the right place!

Our cleaning service provides services throughout Zadar County (including the entire island of Pag). During the season we have a large number of employees at our disposal. Whether the house has just been built or rented for many years, we recommend general cleaning before the start of the season so that the property is ready and that any subsequent cleaning is easier.

While cleaning, we use our own high quality equipment and cleaning products. The cleaning is performed after the departure of guests according to the agreed schedule. It consists of: changing linen, washing and polishing bathrooms, dusting, washing the kitchen, washing and sorting the used utensils, cleaning the sauna and terrace, washing windows and fences as needed, vacuuming and wiping all floors, etc. Furthermore, the service includes a supplement soap, placing garbage bags in buckets, placing two rolls of toilet paper and setting up towels for each guest.

 

For the owners of villas and holiday homes we also offer the following services:

1Check-in and check-out: service includes check in and check out, registration of guests in the e-Visitor system, payment of reservations, invoicing as well as communication with guests. Our company has employees who speak English, German and Italian.

2Pool cleaning: service includes taking care of pool water, cleaning the bottom and edge of the pool, and dosing chemicals.

3Linen washing and ironing: for facilities where we provide cleaning services, we are also able to provide linen washing and ironing service. The service is done by replacing the soiled linen with a clean one and carrying it to our laundry where we wash and iron all the linen.


The cost of cleaning the villa and the holiday home depends on the size and number of rooms, and an approximate cost calculation can be done after property visit or on the basis of available photos.

For all locations within 10 km of Zadar we do not charge travel expenses. Otherwise, the travel cost is 2,00 kunas per kilometer, with 20 kilometers included in the price. General cleaning of the holiday home, which must be done before the start of the season, is charged 80,00 kunas per hour per employee (equipment and cleaning products included).

The cost of cleaning is determined by the number of employees as follows:

1 employee, 1 hour of cleaning = 80 kunas

2 employees, 1 hour of cleaning = 160 kunas

employees, 1 hour of cleaning = 240 kunas

employees, 1 hour of cleaning = 320 kunas

employees, 1 hour of cleaning = 400 kunas
