Yes. Our team arrives with professional equipment and products. You only need to provide access to the property and basic information about the space.

For deep cleaning we charge at least 5 working hours. For example, if 2 staff members work for 2.5 hours, the billed total is 5 working hours.

The hourly rate is charged per team member. The total is calculated by multiplying the number of team members by the hours worked and the agreed rate for that service.

A starting price applies to a standard condition of the space. If the property is heavily neglected, after construction work or needs additional services, the final price is adjusted after assessment.

Turnover cleaning is usually priced per square meter, with linen, towels, check-in, physical guest arrival, pool or other add-ons charged separately if needed.

If the condition is significantly more demanding than expected, we communicate the correction of time and price before work starts. We do not add unclear extras without prior approval.

Yes. For companies and business clients we issue an R1 invoice and confirm all important offer items before the job is approved.

Yes, by agreement we also work in other areas. For more distant locations we clearly specify logistics, arrival time and any travel cost in the offer.
